Onto your email was sent first message from us, in which can be found a link into app myAlfréd with your personal unique code for signing in. This app contains all information you may need - contacts, detailed summary of ordered services. You can even fill in all personal information about you and all people coming with you required during check-in. MyAlfréd enables you to order further services, make a contactless payment, order private parking spot in our underground garage or find useful tips for sightseeing in the nearest area.

We tried to make the following instructions easy and understandable, for you to have a pleasant stay with us:

Accommodation:

CHECK IN: The reserved room, family suite and/or apartment will be ready on the day of arrival from 16:00 (unless otherwise arranged with the reservation department)
End of your stay is possible from 8 AM till 10.30 AM by the day of your leaving
Information about your stay will be provided at breakfast from 8 - 10 am. In high season, the bar will be open for drinks and snacks (normal opening hours - early evening/evening hours)
the central reception of the JBX Resort at Lipno nad Vltavou 171 will be open from 8 - 11 / 16 - 20 hours (a map is located on the entrance door)

Contact to the reservation department + 420 607 176 172 with the usual opening hours Monday - Friday from 8 AM till 6 PM (in the main summer season available even on weekends)
Guests will not be issued keys or magnetic cards, our guests will receive a PIN code for the electronic locks (for the side entrance to the hotel building and the room / family suite or apartment). The PIN code is not sent to guests who have not completed check-in in the electronic accommodation book. The front desk may not always be open, as long as you have your PIN code, you will be able to get into the hotel and your accommodation without any problems and you don't have to call or go anywhere!

Services included in the accommodation price:

breakfast served as buffet in the lounge room on the ground floor of the hotel every day from 8 AM till 10 PM – warm or cold and salty or sweet foods, drinking machine, baked goods, vegetables, fruits
cleaning of hotel rooms and apartments once every 3 days (change of towels, towels, replenishment of toiletries). Daily rechecking - baskets only. Extra cleaning and/or more frequent towel/dryer changes are chargeable - see price list
free wi-fi in the whole area of the hotel
a local accommodation fee of the current amount charged per day and every person over the age of 18 - price 25 CZK / 1,10€

Parking in front of the hotel

all our guests can park their vehicles in the parking lot in front of the hotel (our property)
Only one parking space is available for each hotel room or apartment. If you arrive with more than one car you need to use the public parking spaces

Chargeable services:

Sport and leisure activities which we offer, needs to be orders in advance on our central reception after your arrival. If you have already ordered any sport or leisure activity by app myAlfréd, arrange the exact time of your activity with the main reception.
